Why I made it
I created this piece as a reminder that you are protected, surrounded, and worthy of letting your beauty shine.
The flowers are gathered together and gently encased by branches, creating a feeling of being held and protected. Around them are faint lines in the background. They represent the noise we all encounter: distractions, opinions, doubts, expectations, and the things that can make us forget who we are.
But look closely.
The noise is there, yet it doesn't overpower the flowers.
That's intentional.
Sometimes the noise doesn't need to disappear. We simply need to stop giving it our attention.
Where it should live
I imagine Arise and Shine in a bedroom, dressing area, reading corner, home office, or any space where you begin or end your day.
Somewhere you can see it often.
Somewhere it can quietly remind you:
You are protected.
You are surrounded by favor.
You can let yourself shine.
